9. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, other causes beyond the control of b free daily that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, b free daily reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, in which event b free daily will select the winners in accordance with the previously announced judging criteria from among all non-suspect entries received at the time of the Contest cancellation, termination or suspension. In the event Sponsor does so, Sponsor will post notice of its action on the Contest website. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit any entrant from making a nomination or voting in the Contest if, at its sole discretion, Sponsor finds such entrant to be tampering with the nomination or voting process or if such individual repeatedly shows a disregard for, or attempts to circumvent, these Official Rules, or acts: (a) in a manner the Sponsor determines to be not fair or equitable; (b) with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor; or (c) in any other disruptive manner.

No responsibility is assumed for: any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure; theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, nominations or votes; any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, hardware, or software; failure of any e-mail or electronic nomination or vote to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Contest.
