City police investigate Wednesday night shootings

4 men shot, taken to area hospitals

Police are investigating two separate shooting incidents Wednesday night, including one that sent three men to the hospital.

The triple shooting occurred in the 2100 block of Chelsea Terrace near Clifton Avenue in west Baltimore at about 10 p.m., said Agent Donny Moses, spokesman with Baltimore City police.

One of the men was struck in the stomach, the other two were shot in the leg, he said. All three suffered nonlife-threatening injuries and were taken to an area hospital, Moses said.

Another shooting occurred earlier in the1600 block of Ralworth Road in the Hillen neighborhood in northeast Baltimore. An adult male was shot in the back and transferred to an area hospital. Moses did not know the extent of the man's injuries.

As of Wednesday night, police did not have any suspects or knew of any motives for the shootings, he said.
