Concert

Pianists Elaine Lebar and Cecelia Wyatt perform at 7 p.m. Sunday, May 2, at Galilee Lutheran Church, 4652 Mountain Road, Pasadena. Concert features the music of Mozart, Schubert and Brahms. Free admission but a free-will offering will be taken. Concert-goers can meet the performers after the concert. Information: 410-255-8236.

Friendship Day

St. Luke Episcopal Church, 1101 Bay Ridge Ave, Annapolis, will hold a "May Friendship Day" for women of all denominations on Friday, May 7, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Theme is "Living the Vision." Information: 410-647-0919.

Supper and sundaes

Grace Baptist Church will hold a pancake supper, along with waffle sundaes, at 6 p.m. Friday, May 7, at the church's fellowship hall, 17 Somerset Road, Pasadena. The "Bee Movie" will be shown after supper. Information: 410-255-5616.

Banquet

Heritage Baptist Church, 1740 Forest Drive, Annapolis, will host a Mother-Daughter Banquet from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 8. Theme is "Generations of Daughters (G.O.D)." Event is open to all mothers, daughters, sisters and friends. Lunch will be followed by an inspirational message by Sandy Ahalt. Reservations: 410-263-6680. Seating is limited. No admission charge but love donations will be accepted.

Anniversary celebration

St. Philip's Episcopal Church, 730 Bestgate Road, Annapolis, will celebrate its 140th anniversary May 16 during the church's 10:30 a.m. services. The Rev. Eugene Sutton, bishop of the Maryland Diocese, is the guest preacher. Information: 410-266-6717.
