A 28-year Pennsylvania man who Howard County police say robbed a bank in Ellicott City last month was arrested Thursday at his home. Michael Joseph Clark was taken into custody by Pottsville, Pa., police at his home. Police say Clark entered the bank, showed a note to a teller demanding cash and implied he had a weapon. None of the three employees in the bank was injured. Clark, who was identified through photographs from the bank's surveillance system, faces charges of armed robbery, robbery and theft.
