The dictionary defines "watershed" as a land area that drains into a body of water, but farther down is another use for the word as a turning point.

"If nothing else, I hope my book inspires people to live in balance with nature and to spend more time outdoors," said Tillman.

"I know one thing for sure - I don't want to be 90 and see my grandchildren suffering over something I could have helped change."
