April 03, 2010

Police charged two teens in a Thursday night stabbing near the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant outside White Marsh Mall. Baltimore County police charged Deveran McCoy Fowlkes, 17, of the 3500 block Moultree Place and Jerome Wesley Brisueno, 18, of the 100 block of Alberge Lane, according to a news release. Officers responded at 9:29 p.m. Thursday for the report of a fight, when they found an 18-year-old man with a stab wound. He was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, where he was treated and released, police said in the release. Two other teens with the victim told police that they were approached by Fowlkes and Brisueno, who began arguing with them, police said. Fowlkes and Brisueno were arrested at a nearby Wendy's and charged with first-degree assault and were held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $50,000 bond.
