How about using drones on the U.S./Mexico border?

Somalia Trumps US Use of Drones

On Wednesday a Baltimore Sun article ("Drones may patrol Somalia," March 31) reports that the Pentagon is considering dispatching surveillance drones and other limited military support for a Somali government offensive against al-Qaida linked insurgents. It seems to me that our U.S./Mexico Border could use that service, too.

The principle that charity begins at home could be applied. Especially when we probably have enough capacity to handle our needs with drones as well as those of the Somali governament at the same time.
