The Horizon Foundation's comprehensive database of health and community services will be redirected to the United Way of Central Maryland's Web site, 211md.org, effective Thursday. The site offers resources to the public, school counselors and health providers. Horizon's Spanish language version of HorizonHelp will remain at its current location, www.scribd.com/doc/20642198/Servicios-en-Espanol-Para-Residentes-del-Condado-de-Howard-Maryland.
