Neti pot: The Neti pot can help congested allergy sufferers by washing out and moisturizing the nasal passages with a saltwater-and-baking soda flush. They come in plastic and ceramic varieties.

Saline nose spray: People squeamish about using the Neti pot can use the spray to moisturize their nasal passages.

Allium cepa: A homeopathic remedy derived from the onion, it can help with runny noses and eyes.

Herbal combination remedies: They attack allergy symptoms by combining various herbs that target allergy symptoms. Those pills or tonics often include: stinging nettle, quercetin, vitamin C, eyebright and butterbur.
