Baltimore police said Sunday they were awaiting the results of an autopsy in the death of a man whose body was found near a pay phone at a gas station at West Mulberry and North Greene streets.

"There's no gunshot wound, no stabbing wound, and no sign of foul play," said Anthony Guglielmi, the department's chief spokesman, who identified the dead man only as John Doe until more is known about his death.

His body was discovered shortly after 6 a.m. on Saturday.
