Salisbury men edge Cortland, 12-11, improve record to 5-0

Shawn Zordani scored the game-winner with 3:13 left to lift Salisbury men (5-0) to a 12-11 victory over Cortland (1-2) in Haverford, Pa.

More men: Host McDaniel (1-3) - led by D.J. Rickels with four goals - held Mary Washington (2-3) scoreless in the second half but came up short, 10-9. ... Hood (3-3) gave up the halftime lead as visiting Neumann outscored the Blazers 4-2 in the third quarter for a 13-12 victory. ... Matt Lewis had a hat trick in a losing effort as host Washington College (2-2) fell to Hampden-Sydney, 17-8.

Women: Hannah Khin had three goals for Goucher (2-3), but a stingy York defense held the Gophers scoreless in the second half and the Spartans won, 9-4.
