The 6-foot All-Metro forward returned from rehabilitating the torn anterior cruciate ligament in her left knee to lead the Cougars to a regional championship for the third time. The 17-4 Cougars, now in Class 2A after winning the state 3A title last year, have gone 7-0 since Harlee came back. Last week, the senior had a combined 37 points, 35 rebounds, 20 steals and 14 assists in wins over Bel Air, Edgewood and North Caroline. In the 60-34 regional final victory at North Caroline, she had a triple double: 16 points, 15 rebounds and 11 steals. An Amateur Athletic Union veteran with the Fairfax Stars, Harlee signed early with West Virginia. She has a 3.96 grade-point average.
