Education programs Howard County General Hospital will feature the following programs. Space is limited; registration is required. Unless otherwise noted, all programs will be held at the HCGH Wellness Center's Medical Pavilion, 10710 Charter Drive, Suite 100, Columbia. •Quit smoking and master long-term success. 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. March 25, April 29 and May 20.

•Enhance your brain power through easy, proactive practices and overcome the challenges of medication and aging. 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Cost is $30.

•Shiatsu massage for couples: Learn simple techniques to reduce stress and promote well being. 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday (upper body); 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. March 26 (lower body). Cost is $50 per couple for one class/ $90 per couple both classes.

•Choose your pediatrician, learn factors to consider and ways to promote health for your newborn. 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. March 16.
