Single again Changing Focus/Single Again, a nonprofit program for adults who are separated, widowed or in the process of divorce, provides weekly presentations and small-group discussions in a confidential, comfortable atmosphere. The group meets at 7 p.m. Mondays at First Presbyterian Church, 9325 Presbyterian Circle.

Family support meeting The group provides support and education to families and friends of adults with a mental illness. The meeting takes place at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Harmony Hall Retirement Center, 6336 Cedar Lane. For more information, call 410-772-9300.

Chair yoga The East Columbia 50 Plus Center at the East Columbia library, 6600 Cradlerock Way, will offer "Chair Yoga," an easy introduction to yoga that helps to ease the pain of arthritis, reduce fatigue and improve circulation and breathing, at 10 a.m. Tuesdays. •Beginner and advanced line-dancing classes with Mary McCormick will be held Mondays through March 29. The cost is $43.

•An evening exercise class will be held from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. Personal trainer Sharon Cunningham is the instructor.

•A jewelry cording class with Donna Weeks takes place from 9:30 a.m. to noon Wednesday. Cost is $18.
