Kyle O'Quinn scored 14 points and grabbed 19 rebounds leading Norfolk State (10-18, 8-7 MEAC) to a 67-57 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference victory over host Coppin State (8-20, 3-12 MEAC) on Monday night in the Eagles' regular-season home finale. Michael Harper led Coppin State with 14 points; Branden Doughty added 12 points and seven rebounds.

Honors: Maryland senior guard Greivis Vasquez was named Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the Week, and freshman center Jordan Williams was chosen Rookie of the Week. Vasquez averaged 28 points, 9.5 assists and 4.5 rebounds in two victories; Williams averaged 13.5 points and 10 rebounds. ... Navy senior guard Chris Harris was named to the All-Patriot League first team after making second team the previous two seasons. He averaged 21.1 points to lead the conference and led with 84 3-pointers and 2.0 steals per game, and is second with an .871 free-throw percentage. ... Loyola freshman guard Robert Olson, who averaged 6.5 points, was named to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference All-Rookie team. ... Seton Hill guard Justin McCoy (Mount St. Joseph, Coppin State) was named to the All-West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference All-Freshman team. ... Mount St. Mary's junior forward Shawn Atupem was named Northeast Conference co-Player of the Week after averaging 19.0 points on 15-for-18 shooting (83.3 percent) from the field in two victories. ... Towson sophomore guard Troy Franklin (Mount Carmel) was named Colonial Athletic Association co-Player of the Week after averaging 20.5 points, 4.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists in two victories. ... Morgan State sophomore forward Kevin Thompson (Walbrook) was named MEAC Player of the Week after averaging 20.5 points and 12 rebounds in two victories. ... UMBC sophomore guard Chris De La Rosa, who scored 23 points in a rout of New Hampshire, was named America East Player of the Week.
