An article in Thursday's editions said that an Anne Arundel County fire engine was responding to a call Wednesday when it was involved in a head-on collision with a pickup truck. The fire engine was returning from a call.

The capsule for the UMBC men's lacrosse team that ran in Friday's editions contained incorrect information. The corrected version appears in today's Sports section, Page D2.

The Sun regrets the error.
