Census ad not a waste of money

Every 1 percent of the population that fails to return their Census forms costs the government (we taxpayers) $80-$90 million. Spending $3 million on a Super Bowl ad to reach that large an audience is worth every penny. And it's an intelligently selected allocation of ad resources. Go Census Bureau!
