John M. Dunn, administrative director of imaging services at Howard County General Hospital, recently became a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the nation's leading professional society for health care leaders.

Fellow status requires passing a comprehensive exam, meeting academic and experiential criteria, earning continuing education credits and demonstrating professional/community involvement. Dunn has served the hospital for the past seven years.

After earning his bachelor's degree from Swarthmore College, Dunn received his master's in business administration/health care management at Duke University. The ACHE is an international society of more than 30,000 health care executives who lead the nations' hospitals, health care systems and other health care organizations.
