Washington recalls goalie Neuvirth from Hershey

The Washington Capitals recalled goaltender Michal Neuvirth from the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League. Neuvirth, 21, has split this season between Washington and Hershey. He has an 8-4-0 record with a 2.75 goals-against average and .911 save percentage with the Capitals.
