A 29-year-old Baltimore man was sentenced Tuesday to life plus 70 years in prison for a shooting that killed one man and unintentionally wounded another. Witnesses identified Dominic Brown of the 1300 block of Vida Drive as the gunman, and a Baltimore jury convicted him in October. Circuit Judge Wanda K. Heard sentenced Brown to life for the murder of Sean Henderson, the husband of a Baltimore County probation officer. Brown also received 30 years for the shooting of Christopher Pinkney and 40 years for two counts of using a handgun in a crime of violence, according to the Baltimore state's attorney's office. According to court records, Henderson was in a bar on Belair Road on May 4, 2008, talking to the mother of Brown's child. Brown yelled at the woman, then pulled a pistol.
