On January 23, 2010 HAROLD DAVID "DAVE" THOMPSON succumbed to a long term illness; he was a self-employed plumber in the Howard County area for over 35 years, he was a U.S. Navy Veteran during the Korean conflict, he was a lifetime member of V.F.W. Post #7472. He also held various positions in the Howard County Plumbing Association. A Memorial Service will be held Friday 12 noon at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road in Eldersburg, , MD. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Martinsburg V.A. Hospital, 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25405.
