Ravens vs. Patriots: 3 things that could go wrong

January 08, 2010

1. The Ravens blunder big at the end of the game. The Ravens have a habit of slipping against top-tier teams, whether it's a dropped pass, a missed field-goal or a late touchdown allowed.

2. The kicking game struggles. Three of the Ravens' six losses to playoff teams have been decided by three points or fewer. The Ravens have missed three of their past six field-goal attempts.

3. Critical turnovers hurt the Ravens again. In the previous meeting at New England, Chris Carr fumbled the opening kickoff and Joe Flacco threw an interception in the red zone.
