Lifetime achievement award

The Hospice Network of Maryland recently honored Erwin E. Abrams, president and CEO of Hospice of the Chesapeake, with its Lifetime Achievement Award. The award is given by the group to recognize individuals who have spent a significant portion of their career making a positive impact on the quality of care for dying patients and their families. Hospice of the Chesapeake's mission is to improve the quality of life for those experiencing advanced illness or bereavement through hospice and compassionate support and education.
