Police reports in Baltimore city and county

Southern Baltimore
Shooting A man, 30, was reported in good condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center after being shot about 8 p.m. Sunday in the 1700 block of Lemon St. Police said the victim was talking to friends when a gunman exited a nearby alley and shot him in the upper body at least twice before fleeing on foot. Police said the victim ran to West Pratt Street and South Fulton Avenue, where he was found by police responding to a shooting report.

Baltimore Co. – North Point
Assault/arrest A 21-year-old man was arrested Sunday and charged with assault by striking another man with his car. About noon Sunday, the victim, 41, was struck by a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt on Holabird Avenue and was dragged for several feet before falling to the pavement. He was not seriously injured. Arrested a short time later and charged with first- and second-degree assault was Ryan Biedenkapp of the 2000 block of Paulette Road in Dundalk.

Southeastern Baltimore
Shooting A man, 23, from East Baltimore was heard arguing with two male teenagers in the rear of the 200 block of S. Dean St. near Claremont Avenue shortly before midnight Sunday when the victim was shot in the upper right chest. The victim was taken by a city Fire Department ambulance to Johns Hopkins Hospital and was reported in critical condition. No arrests had been made.

Baltimore Co. – Parkville
Burglary A moped valued at $1,500 was stolen Sunday from a garage in the 8000 block of Harford Road.
