Police reports in Baltimore city and county:

Southern Baltimore

Burglary/arrest: One man was arrested and police were seeking two other men in the burglary early Wednesday of Save On Foods in the 400 block of E. Patapsco Ave. After stealing lottery tickets valued at $25, the intruders fled on foot and were spotted by a passing police officer. Two men then carjacked a motorist near the store and remain at large. The car was recovered in the city. One man, 30, was arrested and faces multiple charges.

Baltimore Co. -- Wilkens

Carjacking: Police continue to seek two men, one with a handgun, who assaulted a woman, 47, in the 800 block of Frederick Road about 9 p.m. Dec. 12 when she got out of her car. She was knocked to the ground and robbed of $50, her keys and her blue 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt with tags 6BX N46. Anyone with information is urged to call the precinct at 410-887-0872.

Baltimore Co. -- Towson

Stabbing: A man, 24, was stabbed in the upper back and shoulder about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday by an unknown assailant in the first block of Solar Circle and was treated at Sinai Hospital. Details were not available.
