O'MALLEY'S MARCH: Maryland governor (and frontman) Martin O'Malley brings his Celtic fury to Rams Head in Annapolis, 33 West St., at 3 p.m. for an all-ages matinee and at 7:30 p.m. The Baltimore band plays original songs, as well as some traditional ditties.
