Southeastern Baltimore
Homicide/arrest A man serving time in a federal prison for murder and drug violations was charged Monday at the prison on warrants with the fatal shooting of Lamont Jackson, 24, in the 500 block of N. Streeper St. on Nov. 17, 2006. Jackson was shot multiple times and died at an area hospital. A motive remains unknown. An investigation led to first-degree murder charges being filed against Anthony Fleming, 23, who is serving a lengthy prison term. It was not known when Fleming would be extradited to Maryland to stand trial for Jackson's murder, a police spokesman said.

Western Baltimore
Shooting/arrest Frederick Woods, 21, whose address was not available, was arrested Monday in the 900 block of Harlem Ave. on a warrant charging him with shooting another man at that location Dec. 7. The victim was taken by a friend to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he gave police information that led to Woods' arrest. The victim survived.

Northeastern Baltimore
Shooting arrests Two men were arrested Tuesday in the shooting and robbery of a man Dec. 7 in the 6100 block of Fairdel Ave. Taken in the robbery was $1,500. The victim was shot in the left arm during the robbery and was treated at an area hospital. Charged were Antonio Davis, 24, and James L. Jones, 41, whose addresses were not available.

Southern Baltimore
Burglary Someone entered the Rent-A-Center in the 1200 block of W. Pratt St. through the front door between Saturday and Monday and stole four TVs and two computers, all valued at $2,700.

Robbery Police continue to seek a gunman who robbed a woman, 48, of $20 outside an ATM in the 1200 block of W. Pratt St. about 3 p.m. Dec. 9. Anyone with information is urged to call district detectives at 410-396-2499.

Baltimore Co. – White Marsh
Burglary Someone broke into a house in the 7500 block of Brightside Ave. through a second-floor window Monday and stole a custom-made pool cue valued at $300.

Baltimore Co. – Woodlawn
Robberies Two women were standing at a bus stop at Woodlawn Drive and Merimack Road about 6 p.m. Monday when a gunman robbed them of a total of $240 and a cell phone.

Burglary A 10-gallon jug containing $350 in coins was stolen Monday from a house in the 7500 block of Roxy Drive by someone who entered after breaking a kitchen door.

Baltimore Co. – Pikesville
Burglaries Jewelry valued at $11,000, a 30-inch TV worth $1,000, a video system valued at $250 and $900 cash were stolen Monday from a house in the 3900 block of Whispering Meadows Drive by someone who entered through a patio window. Police said the house next door also was broken into Monday by someone who stole a DVD player, jewelry and cash from a bedroom.

Burglary Someone broke into a garage in the 9000 block of Saracen Drive on Monday and stole video game equipment, two iPods, a camera and clothing.

Burglary A lap top computer valued at $700 was stolen Monday from a house in the 3700 block of Old Milford Mill Road by someone who entered through a second-floor window.
