Senior hoops Hoopsters are welcome at 9 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at the Glenwood Senior Center.

Fit for Life exercises Participants go through aerobics, strength training and abs work, 8:20 a.m. to 9:20 a.m. Fridays at the Glenwood Senior Center. $45 for 12 classes.

"Line Dancing and Beyond" Class at the Glenwood Senior Center is taught by Mary McCormick, 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesdays. Cost is $40. Beginners welcome.

Chess All are invited to play chess at noon the first and third Wednesday of the month at the Glenwood Senior Center.

Silver Sneakers Walking Club Group is led by a staffer on an indoor three-lane walking/jogging track at 8:30 a.m. Mondays-Fridays at the Glenwood Senior Center. Everyone is invited.

Hatha yoga Classes on this ancient Indian system of physical postures and breathing exercises will be held 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Glenwood Senior Center. Free.

Tai chi Classes with Kelly Phillips to build strength, agility and balance take place from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays at the Glenwood Senior Center. Cost is $50 for eight classes.
