Copper wire, pipes stolen from Annapolis building site

December 12, 2009

Large amounts of copper wire and pipe were stolen this week from apartments under construction by the Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis, Annapolis police said Friday. On Monday night or Tuesday morning, someone entered the property, in the 100 block of Clay St. A locked fence around the building showed no sign of forced entry, and the apartments were open because they were under construction, police said.
