Baltimore County police were looking for a man who they say robbed and assaulted another man and stole his car last week.

Police said Thursday that Damon Antonio Partlow, 30, of East Baltimore is wanted for the attack Dec. 3 on a 31-year-old city man north of Rosedale. Three other suspects in the case also have not been arrested.

Police said officers were called to Van Dyke and Whitby roads about 4:30 p.m. that day and found the victim handcuffed and bleeding from the face. He told them that while inside a house on Emelia Woods Court he had been assaulted but was able to escape through a first-floor window. The suspects then fled in a white van and the victim's Mercedes-Benz.

Those contacting Metro Crime Stoppers may remain anonymous and might be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.
