Matt Jablonski, Loyola, junior
He certainly stayed busy this fall, playing varsity soccer and emerging as the cross country team's top runner.
Jablonski started on the Loyola soccer team as a midfielder and also led the Dons to their first Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association A Conference cross country title in three years.
His best race might have been the MIAA championship, when he outlasted All-Metro pick Nick Rowe from Calvert Hall to win in 16 minutes, 14 seconds - scoring a three-second victory that helped the Dons win the title by one point over the Cardinals.
