Hood falls in consolation of Carnegie Mellon tourney

Hood junior center Tyler Snoots scored a career-high 21 points on 10-for-17 shooting, but the Blazers (2-3) lost, 77-67, to the host Tartans (2-3) in the Radisson/Carnegie Mellon Tournament consolation game. Snoots also had seven rebounds and blocked three shots. Junior Reco Siler finished with 12 points and a Blazers-high nine rebounds.
