Separate shootings wound two, including 15-year-old

Police responding to a shooting just after 10 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of Lyndhurst St. in southwest Baltimore found a 15-year-old boy with multiple gunshot wounds in the upper body and arms. He was taken to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he was listed in serious condition. Police also said a man was shot in the head Sunday evening in the 2200 block of Jefferson St. in East Baltimore. The victim was conscious, breathing and talking, police said.
