Hopkins' Kase, Wixted named Centennial Players of the Year

Johns Hopkins senior running back Andrew Kase and senior strong stafety Colin Wixted were named Centennial Conference Offensive and Defensive Players of the Year, respectively. Kase has 1,271 rushing yards and 1,382 all-purpose yards to go along with 19 rushing touchdowns and 20 overall touchdowns. Wixted has 52 tackles, including 8.0 for losses and 3.0 sacks, two interceptions, two forced fumbles and one pass breakup.

Virginia Tech: The Hokies will play Cincinnati at FedEx Field in Landover in 2012. Virginia Tech played at the Washington Redskins' stadium in 2004 against Southern California and will face Boise State there next year.

Maryland: Kickoff for Maryland's home game against Boston College on Nov. 28 has been set for 3:30 p.m. The matchup will be shown on ESPNU.
