Police reports in Baltimore city and county:

Northeastern Baltimore

Shooting: Two young males were walking in the rear of the 3900 block of The Alameda late Saturday when a gunman approached and shot one of them in the left leg. Both males ran several feet before the wounded victim, 17, fell to the ground. His friend called 911 and the victim was taken by a Fire Department ambulance to Johns Hopkins Hospital. Police said the wounded youth was expected to survive and that no arrest had been made. Anyone with information is asked to call the district detective unit at 410-396-2444.

Eastern Baltimore

Stolen vehicle: While the owner of a 1997 Cadillac with tags 4DV C39 was inside a house in the 1300 block of Kenhill Ave. Friday, someone stole the car that was left parked outside with its engine running.

Burglary: Property valued at more than $20,000 was stolen Friday from a house in the 2400 block of E. Lafayette Ave.

Baltimore Co. -- North Point

Burglary: Cigarettes, lottery tickets, $60 and cigars were stolen early Saturday from Speedy Mart in the 7400 block of German Hill Road by a man seen on store surveillance breaking through the front door.
