Police reports in Baltimore city and county

Eastern Baltimore
Shooting Police continue to seek the occupants of a car involved in a shooting about 1:30 p.m. Saturday of a man, 24, while he and another man sat on the front porch of a house in the 2300 block of Robb St. The victim was taken by a city Fire Department ambulance to an area hospital and was expected to survive. Anyone with information is urged to call district detectives at 410-396-2433.

Northwestern Baltimore
Shooting A man was shot in the right shoulder about 1:30 a.m. Sunday during an argument with another man over a woman while at a party in the 5400 block of Clover Road. A friend of the victim drove him to Sinai Hospital, where he was treated. His condition was not available and no arrest had been made.

Western Baltimore
Shooting A man, 49, was standing in the 900 block of N. Monroe St. about 11 p.m. Sunday when a gunman exited a nearby alley and fired several shots from a handgun at a passing Cadillac's occupants. None of the bullets struck the men in the car, but one struck the pedestrian in the right arm. He was treated at an area hospital. No arrests had been made.

Baltimore Co. – Wilkens
Theft/arrest Moments after a woman, 26, charged with theft was released on her own recognizance by Catonsville District Court Commissioner Angela Jerome on Saturday afternoon, she returned to the commissioner's office while Jerome was on a break and removed the commissioner's wallet, a gift card and other personal property from her desk. Monica Barger of Slalom Lane in Columbia, Howard County, was observed a short distance from the court room and arrested. She was charged with theft and burglary and ordered held in the county detention center on $55,000 bond by the commissioner.

Theft/assault/arrest Shortly after a man stole two packs of cigarettes at the Royal Farms in the 4000 block of Wilkens Ave. about 1 a.m. Saturday, he cut a store employee, 31, with a knife when the employee and a customer detained him outside for police. The employee was not seriously injured. Arrested and charged with theft and assault was Andrew Jubile, 41, of the 4400 block of Frederick Road.

Baltimore Co. – White Marsh
Robbery A man armed with a knife entered the Subway in the 8700 block of Philadelphia Road about 4:15 p.m. Sunday and ordered an employee to give him the contents of a cash register. The armed man escaped with $100.02.

Baltimore Co. – Essex
Robbery Police were seeking two men, one armed with a handgun, who robbed a man, 32, of a cell phone, wallet, keys and cash about 9 p.m. Saturday in the 900 block of Ashbridge Drive.

Burglary Someone broke into a garage in the 300 block of Ida Ave. on Sunday and stole a 2007 Yamaha motorized scooter. The intruder also broke into a shed on the property and stole a snowblower. Total value of the property was $6,000.
