Three Things That Could Go Wrong

November 06, 2009|By Jamison Hensley

1 Carson Palmer continues his hot streak against the Ravens. Palmer is 7-3 against them, delivering two last-minute comebacks. His latest came last month, when he drove 80 yards on 11 plays, capping the rally with a 20-yard touchdown pass to Andre Caldwell with 22 seconds remaining.

2 The Ravens hurt themselves with penalties. They committed a season- worst 10 penalties the last game against Cincinnati. Three of them came in the Bengals' winning drive.

3 Another slow start offensively. In their past three games, the Ravens have scored a total of three points in the first quarter. In their last game, the Bengals took a 14-0 first-quarter lead over Chicago.
