Anthony Glaud threw two touchdown passes and ran for a touchdown as host Delaware State broke Morgan State's five-game winning streak with a 35-22 victory Saturday.

Glaud's 4-yard run put the Hornets (2-5) ahead of the Bears 7-5 with 9:53 left in the second quarter. Jaashawn Jones added a 4-yard scoring run, and Glaud's 30-yard touchdown pass with four seconds left in the half gave Delaware State a 21-12 halftime lead. Glaud added a 9-yard touchdown pass with 2:43 left in the third quarter.

In the first quarter, Richard Wilson blocked a Delaware State punt, and the ball rolled out of the end zone to give Morgan State a 2-0 lead. Kemar Scarlett kicked a 55-yard field goal to put the Bears (5-2) ahead 5-0.

Carlton Jackson threw a 23-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter. Avery Grant intercepted a pass from Jackson and returned the ball 15 yards for Delaware State's final score with 6:50 remaining.

Northeastern 27, Towson 7: : John Griffin scored on a 70-yard run and turned in the first 200-yard rushing game in two years for the host Huskies (1-6), who ended a 13-game losing streak.

The Tigers (2-5) managed only 8 rushing yards, with their only score coming in the third quarter on a 6-yard pass from Jeremy Jayne to John God-lasky.

The Huskies also benefited from five interceptions, including one by Mike Lukenda that was returned 20 yards for a touchdown in the first quarter. Darryl Jones had two interceptions for the Huskies. Elijah Harris scored the Huskies' other touchdown on a 10-yard run.

Virginia Union 17, Bowie State 16: : The visiting Bulldogs (6-3) scored the first points on a 14-yard rushing touchdown against the Panthers (6-3), putting Bowie State in front 7-0 with 1:23 left in the first quarter.

Virginia Union's Arnold White caught an 8-yard touchdown pass with 5:56 remaining in the first half. Both teams entered halftime with 120 yards of total offense.

The Bulldogs appeared ready to close out the game when a fumble led to the Panthers tying it, then taking the lead. Bowie took the ball all the way to the Virginia Union 12-yard line with 24 seconds remaining in the game.

After timeouts by Bowie State and Virginia Union, the Bulldogs' Michael Gagne lined up for a 22-yard field goal. The kick was blocked, giving Virginia Union the victory.

Salisbury 19, Union 16: : The Sea Gulls' Sean Kelly had a 7-yard run with 25 seconds left in the first quarter, giving host Salisbury (4-3) a 9-0 lead over the Dutchmen (5-2).

Union didn't score until the 9:59 mark of the third quarter, when Mike Concannon caught a 20-yard pass from Drew Connolly. Union scored again with 1:30 left in the third quarter, tying the score at 16.

Tommy Kowalick's 22-yard field goal in the fourth quarter gave the Sea Gulls the win.

Ursinus 48, McDaniel 13: : The Bears (4-3) led host Green Terror (4-3) 13-7 at the end of the first quarter, and it wasn't until the 12:29 mark in the third quarter that McDaniel scored again.

Matt Cahill caught a 17-yard pass from Thomas Massucci, but the Green Terror still trailed 34-13. Ursinus went up 41-13 at the 7:33 mark of the third quarter and scored yet another touchdown in the fourth quarter, holding McDaniel the entire time.
