Corey Polston rushed for 91 yards and two touchdowns as host Chesapeake-Baltimore County upset No. 6 Eastern Tech, 15-13, Saturday.

The loss ended a 23-game regular-season winning streak for the Mavericks, who lost in the state championship game to River Hill the past two seasons. Eastern Tech had not lost in the regular season since a 21-0 setback against Hereford on Nov. 17, 2006. The Mavericks again lost to Hereford the following week in the regional playoffs. Since then, they had won 28 of 30 heading into Saturday's game

The Bayhawks (4-0) scored all their points in the third quarter - on touchdown runs of 1 and 45 yards by Polston - after trailing 6-0 at halftime.

Eastern Tech's Chuky Iweh scored on a 1-yard touchdown run midway through the fourth quarter to pull within two, but the Mavericks (3-1) would get no closer.

Parkville 33, No. 15 Perry Hall 17: : Rashad Carter rushed for 208 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries to lead the host Knights (3-3) past the Gators (3-2).
