Police reports in Baltimore city and county:

Southwestern Baltimore

Shooting: A boy, 16, was shot in the upper right leg about 9:20 p.m. Saturday as he was about to enter a car after he and another youth argued during a football game at the Leon Day Field in the 1200 block of N. Franklintown Road. There were no arrests. The victim was attending a Pop Warner football game when he became involved in an argument with another youth. Police said the victim walked away and was about to enter a car many yards from the field away when he was shot. He was taken to an area hospital, where his condition was not available. Anyone with information is urged to call the district at 410-396-2488.

Eastern Baltimore

Theft/arrest: Police arrested one man and were seeking another in the theft Thursday of several radiators, all worth $600, from a house in the 1600 block of E. North Ave. Anthony Robinson, 43, of the 1900 block of E. 32nd St., was charged.

Baltimore Co. -- White Marsh

Burglary: Lawn-care equipment, a power washer and an electric drill, all valued at $4,400, were stolen between Wednesday and Friday from a shed in the 7500 block of Kelseys Lane.

Baltimore Co. -- Towson

Burglary: A purse containing $100 was stolen between Friday night and early Saturday from the kitchen of a house in the 300 block of Overbrook Road.

Baltimore Co. -- Pikesville

Kidnapping/arrest: A man, 23, was arrested Friday and charged with kidnapping his ex-girlfriend. The female, 25, reported the man forced her into his car in the 4600 block of Horizon Circle about 4 p.m. Friday while threatening her with a box cutter and drove her around for a long time before dropping her off at her mother's home. Police later arrested Victor Stewart, 23, of the 1100 block of N. Gilmor St. in West Baltimore.
