Bealefeld said the teens knew Lockner from the neighborhood. The teens do not have previous adult criminal records, and it is unclear whether they had juvenile arrests, which are sealed.
Lockner's criminal history includes a 2000 indictment in which he was charged in separate incidents with raping a 4-year-old girl and raping and attempting to kill a 39-year-old woman. According to court records, he confessed to both crimes.
