Police reports in Baltimore city and county:

Northeastern Baltimore

Shooting/arrest : Two men were arguing outside a house in the 4900 block of Harford Road about 8:30 a.m. Sunday when one pulled out a handgun and shot the other man multiple times, once in the face. The victim, 39 and a resident of the house, was taken by ambulance to an area hospital and was reported in serious condition. Agent Donny Moses, a police spokesman, said the victim was expected to survive. Arrested at the scene and charged with attempted murder and related charges and being held at Central Booking and Intake Center was Conti Mims, 47, of the 1600 block of Ruxton Ave.

Western Baltimore

Burglary : Police were seeking the person or persons who broke into a deli over the weekend. Police said someone broke into a vacant house in the 2300 block of Reisterstown Road early Saturday through a window, then knocked a hole in a wall that led to the interior of Western Deli. Police said the deli was ransacked and that it was difficult to tell if any property was missing.

Stolen vehicle : A 2000 Ford Windstar van with tags A184834 was stolen Sunday in the 600 block of Glenolden Ave.

Southeastern Baltimore

Shootings : Police continue to seek a gunman who shot a 16-year-old girl and a boy, 17, while they and several other people sat on the front steps of a house in the 400 block N. East Ave. about 1 a.m. Thursday. Police said the gunman sped away in an older-model light blue Ford Crown Victoria. Anyone with information is asked to call the district's detective unit at 410-396-2422.

Baltimore Co. -- Parkville

Carjacking/arrest : A woman, 40, was in the 8600 block of Harford Road about 10 p.m. Friday when she was assaulted by a man who stole her keys, then drove off in her car. A short time later, the vehicle was stopped by police and the driver arrested. Charged with robbery, assault and theft was Henry L. Thiess Jr., 38, whose address was not available.

Baltimore Co. -- Cockeysville

Stabbing/arrests : Three men were fighting about 2 a.m. in a wooded area in the 19000 block of Gunpowder Road over a remark one of them made to a female at the scene when one man stabbed another in the back multiple times with a knife. The victim, 19, was taken by ambulance to York County Hospital in York, Pa. His condition was not available. Two of the males were arrested and police said charges were pending an investigation of the incident.

Burglary : Medication, wine and cash were stolen over the weekend from a house in the 1200 block of Malbay Drive by someone who entered through a basement door.

Theft : An engine hoist, a bearing press, a table saw, a gang box and a lawn mower were stolen from outside a house in the 800 block of Warren Road Friday.

Baltimore Co. -- Pikesville

Thefts : Two vehicles were broken into over the weekend while parked in the 4100 block of Buckingham Road. From a 2007 Honda, a navigational system, an iPod dock and two cell phone chargers were stolen. From a 2003 Ford pickup truck, a ratchet set valued at nearly $200 was stolen.

Theft : A camera and cash, all valued at $355, were stolen Aug. 8 from a truck parked in the 800 block of Judy Lane. The theft was reported Aug. 13.

Baltimore Co. -- Essex

Robbery : A male, 19, was walking in the rear of a restaurant in the 100 block of Beacon Road about 6 p.m. Friday when he was assaulted by four other males who robbed him of his sunglasses.

Burglary : A 38-inch TV valued at $800 was stolen Thursday from a house in the first block of Cutlass Court by someone who entered through a rear window.

Robbery : Police were seeking a man who assaulted another man, 34, while the victim walked along Longeron Drive about 1 a.m. Friday and robbed him of his wallet containing $60.
