New library building should be welcomed

I was appalled at the criticism of our new library on Frederick Road. I am so excited about having this large new complex! We badly need this library, as waiting for books is sometimes a long process. I have attended the library meetings and sat and listened with dismay how our community criticized petty things concerning the building, the trees that have to be taken down, etc. I personally go to this library two to three times a week and know the large amount of people that go per day! Just ask the librarians how many people go through the library a day! Let's embrace this wonderful addition to Howard County! Two more years is too long for me ... let's start building NOW!
