WAYNE S. FIELDS, departed this life on Sunday, June 14, 2009. He is survived by three children, Demetria S., Wayne T. and Jovan Fields, his parents, a special niece Tanisha Fields, four grandchildren, one-great grandchild, one brother, one stepbrother, one daughter-in-law, and a host of other relatives and friends.
