On June 25, 2009, EMERSON VINCENT CLARKE, JR., of Bel Air, MD. Beloved husband of Joan V. Hoch Clarke. Devoted father of Martin Clarke, Michael Clarke, Jerome Clarke, Lawrence Clarke, Veronica Clarke and Bonnie Gruse. Stepfather of R. Robert Koerber. Also survived by eight grandchildren. A memorial mass will be held at St. Mark Catholic Church, Fallston, MD, on Monday, June 29, 2009 at 11 A.M.
