Man accused of killing missing wife free on bail

A Rosedale man accused of killing his missing wife was released Monday from the Baltimore County Detention Center after posting $50,000 bail, according to his attorney. Dennis J. Tetso is at home with a monitoring device and will be allowed to work until his Nov. 17 trial, set by Baltimore County Circuit Judge Patrick Cavanaugh. Police arrested Tetso at his job Thursday, and he was later charged with first-degree murder in the death of his wife, four years after she disappeared on her way to a Motley Crue concert. Tracey Leigh Tetso was supposed to attend the March 6, 2005, rock concert in Washington, but she never showed up. She was last heard from about 3 p.m. that day. Her body has not been found. Tetso's attorney, David Irwin, said Tuesday there is nothing linking his client to the crime. "He's never had any contact with the criminal justice system," Irwin said. "And he's not at risk of flight or a danger to the community."
