Robbery try: A pizza deliveryman was at the front door of a house in the 2100 block of Pine Ave. about 6:25 p.m. Monday about to deliver food to the occupants when the door opened and several young men, one armed with a handgun, pulled him inside and attempted to rob him., The victim, 32, broke away, drove back to the store and called police. No arrests had been made.

Burglary: Money, a laptop computer and video games, all valued at $3,010, were stolen Monday from a house in the first block of Middleview Court by someone who entered after using a metal rake to break a window. Police were seeking the driver of a silver Pontiac seen leaving the dwelling.

Burglary: Jewelry of unknown value was stolen Monday from a house in the 4500 block of Jolly Acres Road.

Baltimore Co. -- Parkville

Stolen vehicle: A gray 2003 Dodge Ram pickup truck with tags 59R 869 was stolen over the weekend in the 8500 block of David Ave.

Burglary: Someone broke into a shed in the 3100 block of Orchard Ave. on May 11 and stole an air compressor, a nail gun, hand tools and a circular saw. The burglary was reported Sunday.

Burglary: Lawn-care tools and equipment were stolen between May 8 and 10 from a shed in the first block of Hoban Court. The theft was reported Sunday.
