Man, 50, stabbed during argument in Riverside Park
A 50-year-old man was stabbed Wednesday morning during a drunken argument in the Riverside neighborhood of South Baltimore, according to police. The man, whom police did not identify, was stabbed in the side about 4 a.m. at Riverside Park after he and the suspect were kicked out of a house for drinking excessively, according to Detective Nicole Monroe, a police spokeswoman. An argument was sparked after one of the men told the other that he would never have survived the Vietnam War, Monroe said. The victim suffered a collapsed lung and was being treated at a local hospital. Police had obtained a warrant for a suspect, Monroe said.
