Charles Village Festival Enjoy live music, kids' games, a garden walk and plenty of food and drink at the annual Charles Village Festival this weekend. The event, taking place on North Charles and West 29th streets, kicks off at 11 a.m. Saturday and runs until 9 p.m. that evening.
