Spring is a wonderful time to enjoy a crisp sparkling wine in the Champagne style, and this crisp, dry wine from Mumm Napa Valley does a bang-up job at delivering sheer elegance at a reasonable price. It offers classic yeasty, toasty flavors, a creamy texture and a long, clean finish. Mumm Napa's Brut Rose ($24) earns a recommendation, too.
